These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Andalas188 platform, including the website located at https://andalas188.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered by Andalas188 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our").

Andalas188 operates as an online sportsbook and live casino platform serving the Malaysian market. Our platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only and is made available to eligible users who comply fully with these Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional material or other communications, these Terms shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user profile created by the Member on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable), and net winnings held in a Member's Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other gaming product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits granted to a Member under a promotional offer, which are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to authenticate a Member's identity.
• "Member" means any individual who has successfully completed registration on the Platform and whose account remains in good standing.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the Andalas188 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law, including any jurisdiction from which the Member is accessing the Platform in contravention of local laws.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum aggregate bet amount a Member must place before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

Andalas188 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. Andalas188 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• You are registering solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of Andalas188 or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had an Account terminated by Andalas188 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off restriction that would prohibit your participation in gambling activities.

Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts, forfeiture of any Balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

• You agree to notify Andalas188 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team.
• Andalas188 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• All activities conducted through your Account, whether authorised by you or not, are your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified us of a security breach.
• Andalas188 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This feature is available within your Account security settings.
• You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools that interact with the Platform in a non-standard manner.

All Bets placed on the Platform are subject to the general betting rules set out in this Section and any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the Platform. In cases of conflict, sport-specific rules shall prevail over these general rules.

• A Bet is not valid until it has been accepted and confirmed by the Platform. You will receive an on-screen confirmation of each accepted Bet.
• Odds are subject to change prior to a Bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your Bet.
• Andalas188 reserves the right to void any Bet that has been placed on an event where the result was known at the time the Bet was placed.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, Andalas188 reserves the right to void affected Bets and return stakes to Members' Accounts.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are displayed within the Platform. Andalas188 reserves the right to apply such limits without prior notice.
• Mix Parlay bets (multi-leg accumulator wagers) are governed by the Mix Parlay rules published within the Platform's sportsbook section. Mix Parlay wagers involving fewer than the minimum required selections will be automatically rejected.

Andalas188 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in legal action:

• Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members or any third party to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors on the Platform. Any such errors must be reported to Andalas188 support immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate financial crimes of any kind.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as a betting agent on behalf of third parties.
• Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Andalas188 staff or other users.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other circumvention tool.

Andalas188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Members through the Platform's Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set limits on the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a specified period.
• Session Timers: Members may set time alerts to remind them of the duration of their current session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Members of their session activity can be configured within Account settings.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and once active, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the Andalas188 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of Andalas188 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of Andalas188.

The "Andalas188" name, logo, and all associated marks are the property of Andalas188. Unauthorised use of any Andalas188 trademark, service mark, or trade name is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Andalas188 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Andalas188 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards to protect your own systems.

Andalas188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during ongoing use.
• Engagement in, or suspicion of, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Account access from a Prohibited Territory.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe as requested.
• Protecting the integrity of the Platform, other Members, or Andalas188's operational interests.

Upon legitimate termination of an Account by Andalas188 for cause, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms. Where termination is at the Member's request and no breach has occurred, any legitimate Balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Andalas188 aims to resolve all Member complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint or dispute, please follow the procedure set out below:

• Step 1 — Initial Contact: Submit your complaint in writing to our support team via live chat or the support email address. Please include your Account username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant documentation. Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Internal Review: Your complaint will be reviewed by our Member Services team. A substantive response will be provided within 5 business days. Complex cases may take up to 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to a senior member of our compliance team. An escalated response will be provided within a further 10 business days.
• Step 4 — Final Decision: Andalas188's final written decision shall be binding and conclusive, subject only to applicable laws.

Bet settlement disputes must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted for review.

Andalas188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify Members via on-platform notification or email. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately and contact us to close your Account.
